Refund Policy

At Grace's Closet, we want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date (as provided by the carrier) to return your item, subject to the conditions below.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed.
  • After this timeframe, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already been delivered, you may still request a return according to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item has not been used and is in perfect condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ All returns must be approved by our customer service team in advance. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address of our warehouse.
Unapproved or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@[yourstore].com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the product (if the item is damaged)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned package has been received and inspected at our warehouse. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider) for the amount to appear on your account.

Exceptions

  • Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a package is refused or not collected and is returned to us (RTS), a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
